Zonpak New Materials Co.,Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and supplier of low melting packaging materials for tyre, rubber, plastic and rubber chemical industries. Located in Weifang, China, Zonpak serves customers worldwide.

As a pioneer in R&D of low melting plastic bags, Zonpak New Materials now has three series of products with final melting point above 70 degree Celsius: Low Melt Batch Inclusion Bags, Low Melt EVA Automatic Packaging Film and Low Melt Valve Bags. Stable melting point, easy to open, high tensile strength are general advantages of our products. Low melt batch inclusion bags are used to pack the compounding ingredients for rubber or plastic mixing. The bags together with the contained materials can be put into a mixer, so it can provide a cleaner working environment, accurate dosing of compounding ingredients, save materials and help reach consistent production process.

Rubber chemical manufacturers can use the automatic packaging film or valve bag to pack the materials into different weight sizes. Film is suitable to make 100g-5000g small packages with an automatic form-fill-seal machine, and valve bags are suitable for making 5kg and up big packages. These packages of materials can be shipped to customers and direct put into a mixer. So it can avoid opening the packages in the whole process, protect environment, save materials and time, help increase the core competitive power of the additive manufacturers.
